All dogs enrolling in daycare or boarding must first undergo a Temperament Evaluation, conducted at The Best Little Dog House in Texas. The Temperament Evaluation ($40) will be a minimum of 4 hours but may be shortened if the dog shows signs of emotional distress and/or aggression. Give us a call for more details. 

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit proof of DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. These vaccinations must be kept current while the dog(s) is at the facility. Please bring a copy of up-to-date vaccinations to begin the Temperament Evaluation. (Recommended vaccination but not required: Canine Influenza)

All dogs must be at least 14 weeks of age (with proof of all booster vaccines completed). All dogs 8 months or older must be spayed or neutured. *SPAY/NEUTER NOT REQUIRED FOR GROOMING ONLY CLIENTS

All dogs must be under 35lbs, including estimated adult weight.

A monthly flea preventative should be a part of your dog's monthly health plan. If your dog is admitted to daycare or boarding with fleas, they will be given a flea bath and the owner will be charged for the bath.
